Nightforce NXS windage adjustment issue

Hello all,
Looking for some help, maybe someone has seen this issue out maybe I'm just a dumb a**, but I need help either way. I have an NXS 5.5-22x50 scope and I cannot move the windage adjustment at all! There is no set screw, I do not know what the issue is? I don't want to break the optic, it's been a safe Queen and not shot much. Any help from someone who has seen such an issue would be great. Gun is shooting a hair right consistently and I need to adjust it.

That's a cover over the windage turret. Are you saying you can't get the cover off?

Yes, I guess I am. I wasn't sure if it was a cover. It will not move and I hate to put pliers on it.
I May have to put a cloth over it and try pliers, hopefully not gouging it.

Thanks ShtrRdy, I was afraid to put too much torque on it not knowing for sure it was a cover. It's different than my ATACR which is on a rifle I shoot more frequently.
I used pliers, it was pretty dam tight, still took some effort with pliers. Anyway, it's off and now I can make some adjustments if I ever get it back to the range.
