I do have the original dial,I believe that the weight of the scope is 20.2oz.i don't know what model number though,sorry,it's the nxs , zerostop turret, and side parallax adjustment,it's only a year old and is in mint condition!hope that helps

Have you ever pushed the button in the middle of the parallax adjustment.
I don't think they come with out illumination.
