What makes it so expensive? What has been improved/refined/upgraded over previous versions.

I am in the market for a new press to reload for 6 different rifles and 3 different calibers.

Is there a better option for me?

I see Brownells has them for about 350. But out of stock, my local gun shop as about 5 on the shelf for 450. Not aware of any improvements
 
One big reason is the Fed policy of inflation, the dollar is less valuable. Just look at the price of components you bought in the past.
 
I'm not knocking Forster products/presses at all, but I sure wouldn't pay that........especially now. I've had nothing but great results from my Redding Boss and RCBS Rockchucker Supreme presses. Maybe give the Redding T7 press a look? 🤔
 
They've been listed higher on foresters site than any dealers for years, it's not new.

buy from creedmoor or midway or whoever whenever they come in stock for 350
