New Winchester Deer Season xp ammo

Has anyone else had trouble with Winchester Deer Season xp in 30-30 win?
My buddies Marlin shoots the old Power Max bonded ammo very well. 1" group at 50 yds but the new Deer Season Xp is going side ways. See pictures.
