That new bullet, 7mm 183 grains, does have a beautiful, long, sleek nose. I've wondered why the bullet makers can't make the nose longer and sleeker for a higher BC.

However I doubt it's a hunting bullet. Might make it one by annealing the nose. They could possibly make it one by adding a small sleek tip.
