New member, first long range build in progress

I've been reading this forum for great information for some time. Finally building a semi custom rifle and decided to sign up. Once I start developing loads for it I'll probably start a post asking for specific advice but here is the basic of what it is. Started with Tikka T3 30-06 for this build. Action is all that remains. Staying with 30-06. Just having a 26" varmint barrel and Bell and Carlson M40 stock installed by a local builder with a great reputation.
