I am sooo tired of NOT being able to shoot lefty!!!
My beloved Model 75 SS Sako is going to get refited with a good, comfortable, hunting stock.
This weapon is my primary hunting rifle, so it needs to be right.
Would love to get some ideas from you guys on makes and models of lefty stocks.
Love your site here, and thanks for your ideas.
Oh...300WM, and I like synthetic stocks.

Thanks guys, checked out McMillen and they have a varmint stock, that will allow me to shoot w/ either hand.
The action is right handed, but Im left eye dominate, so I switch off from time to time.
I actually shoot almost as good right handed as left, but for a long range shot, on an animal, I go lefty.....
I will call Mcmillen tomorrow, and see if that stock will fit my Mod. 75...I think it will....I dont like those danm cheekpieces!!!...sakofan.....

jonuf78....I just checked w/ Mcmillan, and they said, all they had were right handed stocks with the stinking cheekpiece for the Mod. 75....not sure what you have...sakofan.

Hi sakofan

Your not alone, shooting lefty......
Well, the wait is almost over.
Sako are making lefty's now, with delivery in September-2003.
At last they say so, here in Norway. And the Sako company confirmed that......

I had to mail them, about that. I have been waiting for about 4-5 year's now.
It's going to be in Mod.Hunter 75,action IV cal.6,5X55, 270, 30-06 & 9,3X62.
Then you can get a real lefty in Sako.....
