New guy just getting started in long range

I'm brand new to the forum and just bought a 7mm Rem Mag to start getting into long range hunting. I found the forum searching for the differences between ELD-M and ELD-X bullets.

I too started off with a 7mm realized the barrel twist only liked the 140gr pills realized that wasn't heavy enough for the distance I wanted, switched to a 300 rum... loved it!!! Sold it.... built a 338 edge!!! Love love it!!!! Now just today I bought a 6.5 carbon barrel blank!! I would get out while you're ahead!! Also don't look into glass just stay with a Nikon... then you'll never know what you're missing! But welcome to the page enjoy the ride, and pick up an extra job or two!!
