new guy from OH

how its going everybody. new member from OH and pretty new to the rifle shooting game. I have a Remington 700 .243 and since I cant hunt big game with a rifle in OH I am primarily after varmits; coyotes are my main target but like some long range ground hogs as well. just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to any info you guys could help with in the future and to soak up plenty from some of the guys who have been doing this for longer than I have.

Welcome to LRH. I too am from Ohio and fully understand the lack of shooting opportunities here. As you enjoy this site you can glean valuable information from the knowledge available. Good luck with the coyote eradication(needed desperately here) and good shooting.
