Have a 270 wsm LPV Single shot on order at Savage Coustom Shop. Last gun was a 12 vbss 300 wsm, and before that a 338/378 on a Hall Express action with a a 34"douglas barrel. Went through 2 barrels on that one.
Why a 270 ? because i never had one,, 8 to 9 hundred yds is fine with me now so this one will be fun and will proablly shoot more rocks with the lighter gun. Have a supply of 140 Berger vld's and some 140 accubonds.. fun.. Got a Vortex Viper 6.5x20 bdc for this one..

Cool, another Oregon guy on board.Very nice collection. I love my 270wsm and probably wont ever part with it. Hope your new toy shoots well. Post some results when you get a chance to shoot it.gun)
