Well i got this gun a few weeks ago its a Custom built on a M70 Action with a #6 Lija barel. I did find a scope i like it a VX-3 6.5-20X50 LRT and its chambered in 7mm STW i am hopeing to make this a 1000yd gun. Here are some pictures. Also my first round of reloads.

Very pretty rifle, and she's a shooter too. I am a big fan of stainless barrels in 7mm also.

A couple of questions if I may: what stock do you have on it? Also what does she weigh, all up and ready to hunt? What weight bullets and what rifling twist??

Once again a very nice loking rifle, I think you're on to something. Best of luck with it.

OE Stock that has been piller and bedded. 1:9.5 Twist Shooting 160GR accubonds but going to try 168 VLD's and its at 11lbs now. I am going to put a HS Precision stock on it soon and have it coated i think.

Looks great!!! Congrats.

I am having a little issue with the "2.60 oal" written on the targets......what does this mean? If i am not mistaken, the brass alone should be 2.80". I would think loaded OAL on a STW would be in that 3.50- 3.90" range.

Just wonderin.

Nice gun. I was shooting the 160 noslers out of my 7 Mag with decent results, then switched to the 162 A-Max's and they tightend right up. If you can't get the Noslers to shoot, and you can get a hold of some A-Max's they might work out for you.

Obviously somebody did something right. Shoots good AND looks good. You've been blessed. Those M70's are capable of some precision work. Thanks for sharing and lottsa' happy days shooting to you. :) JohnnyK.
