So I said I would make a post about the krg bravo when I got some rounds through it. I started out with my worn out 243 and decided I would try a 6 creed. So I bought a shorty proof barrel (16.5"), used my remington action and had the krg bravo already. The bravo is pretty comfortable to get behind, the palm swell is kinda bigger than most but easy to used to. It feels kinda flimsy till you get your action bolted down. It's so versatile for the price point it's kinda a no brainer. It runs the magpul pmags pretty well. I got mine dipped and it's kinda tight going in and out now but I'm sure it will wear in. The gun turned out way sweet, I built it to run a suppressor and not be overly long. I haven't done any load development just running some cheap factory stuff to break it in and speed it up. I have ADG brass in the mail, just hope I can get moderate speed with 108 eldms.

My friend just re barreled both his Comp 6creeds with 16.5" bbls. He is running 110gr bullets 2900fps.
Dang that's pretty good. When I cleaned it after a few shots there was un burned powder in the barrel. That's with the factory hornady black rounds I bought. I'm going to be running H4350 with federal match primers. So I hope I get a good consistent burn. I originally wanted to go with an 18" barrel but I heard proofs custom orders take forever.

Proofs custom orders probably do take a while and you need 10+ barrels to do one the last time I checked. He uses fed 210M and H4350 also, makes for a handy rifle with a can. Never owned one but I would like to try a KRG one day. They seem to be one heck of a stock for price.

I love my KRG Bravo with a Christensen carbon fiber barrel 6.5PRC seems to fit the best when laying on the ground or standing up great price for what you get

Thanks for the input everyone. I had a chance to shoot some test loads through it. The speed is way funny at the moment. I did shoot a really good group but the extreme spread was over 60 fps. Speed was an average of 2800 fps, that's not max load and it wasn't showing any signs of pressure.

For the 60 ES, maybe that un-burned powder vs 16.5" barrel is in the equation? Nice group regardless.
Yeah it's possible I hope the barrel is just speeding up. Not sure how I'm going to get around it if it's the powder. My plan is to run around another 40 rounds through it and then try it again.
