New 308 Baer rifle

I have had this rifle for a little while, but havent had a chance to do much shooting with it as yet. This is the second rifle I have in 308 Baer, the other being a 50 pound bench gun. I hope to have time to get into some serious load development in the next few weeks.

Action is a blueprinted Rem 700, barrel is a 27" Pacnor 1/12" which has been threaded for a brake (brake is not shown in this picture). Stock is a Shehane Remington style in desert camo. The scope is a Leupold Vary II 4-12, but that will change some time in the future.

No, chambering was done by my gunsmith over here. Pacnor just supplied a profiled blank.
