Need some advice on transporting game

1. I am going on a hunt soon and I need some advice on how to transport my deer back home. I was told to mail it, but not tell anyone what it is.
2. Is there a website that will tell me the particular drop of a bullet? I don't have a chronograph.

How far is home and how are you getting there.

I have two Coleman extreme coolers for the prefrozen meat and will use dry ice for a four day drive across 1500 miles.
