Need scope ring advice...

I just purchased 2 Savage FV-SR 22lr and 2 scopes to go on them one is a 1" tube and the other is a 30mm tube and both are 40mm objective my question is what height rings do I need for each scope? I want them to be mounted as low as possible...Thanks

Not knowing what bases you have, but with only a 40mm obj. I would say you will be fine with low rings.
