Not to mention the legal and liability issues involved.
I think you need a Class 6 FFL to manufacture ammo for sale.
And can you imagine the law suit if something happened with that ammo!
Selling reloaded ammo, or reloading for hire, except between really GOOD friends is a very bad idea. IMHO
