Need hunting loads for 7mm-08

in 708 I prefer the 120s for whitetails. With the NBT, you are not giving up much trajectory for hunting purposes. I played with the loads shot out of a Model 7, and out to 300 yards there is not enough difference in either wieght to make you miss a deer. Play with both and shoot what works the best. In the 708 I shoot, IMR 4320 is head-and-shoulders above the rest in accuracy. H414 was a distant second.

Has anybody tried the 120 tripleshocks. Ive used them with my 2506 wiht great groups. Ive been using 140gr. bt . I was wondering if it was worth the vel. dif. thanks marlow

I like TSX, but in 708 I would not spend my money that way. IMHO TSX are for "magnum" rounds to get the good expansion, not standard rounds. Especially for long shots.
