Anyone wanna run a set of balistics for me on their exbal? I have 2 different ballistic setups and they both come out pretty close but real time shooting doesnt even come close, dont know what I am missing, here is the numbers

elevation is 5500 feet
temp 35 degrees
bullet 200 grn AB B.C. .588
velocity 3100fps
cosine .99
sightin at 100yds
Target 1000yds
rifle is a 300rum
no wind
40% humidity

Any takers?????
needing M.O.A come ups

xbal says 21 with "standard atmospheric conditions".

Couple things come to mind. First, your velocity. The whole number leads me to believe you don't have an accurate measurement. 20fps is a big change. Next is baro. Your actual pressure could easily be 1-2 inches off standard.

TRA says 21.08 MOA at 1K with the factors you supplied.

As GRIT stated, you need real BP.

Also 100 yard zeros are decieving. A 100 yard "zero" is interpreted by many as if the group is 0.5" high or low of dead center, that is zero. These errors translate into HUGE errors at 1K. It is ok to carry a rifle on a 100 yard "zero" but it is best to set up on a long shot using a zero at a longer range such as 300 yards. If your group is .5" off at 300 yards it isnt hardley a factor at 1K. It is a factor but a VERY small one. Where .5" at 100 is a huge factor at 1K.

Get the right pressure, get a perfect zero, then you can get perfect hits.
