Need Help With Quite Light Packable Rainwear

Rivers West has a membrane in their stuff now? All mine is tight weave fleece.

I'm using kuiu Ultra nx, discontinued unfortunately, krytek poseiden, or koldo set(heavier but reasonably quiet).
