Need help on a 40 or 42mm scope.

Ok guys, a buddy and I are building some twin LR pistols. We need a scope that meets the following criteria;
Objective size of 40mm or 42 mm
Tube size of 30mm or bigger (Not a deal breaker if it is 1")
MOA / MOA
Long eye relief
Zoom minimum of 15X, would prefer a little more


I'm not sure what our best option would be. Money is not a huge issue but do not want to spend more that $2500 on the scope.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
