My wife recently expressed interest in going on an Auodad hunt. Awesome!!
Now, I am trying to find REAL information (not sales pitches) about hunting these animals and the costs associated with the hunt.
We are a young couple with kids so money is tight, but I think an Auodad should be fairly inexpensive. I've seen prices on forums ranging from $800 - $3,000.
What is the best way do go about this hunt? DIY, Guided, etc. ??
I lived in Texas for a brief time 10 years ago and spent enough time cowboyin' down there to know that a lot of ranches think of these Auodad the same way they think about feral hogs. Not a high value animal. I don't have contact with these places anymore so I need any info I can get from you guys.
