Need advice w/25-06

I have a Howa that I had built, 25-06 Rem, 26" Bartlein 5r stainless, seems it has really settled down now with 120 down the barrel. Found the node at 55.3 RL26, 115 Berger vld hunt, seating depth at 0.060", around 3150fps, one ragged hole at 100yds. Here's the deal - I have scope set so it's 1" high at 100, so at 200 it hits .5" low, so I went to my 440yd target, and the drop was about 26". A nice group, it was a concrete target so the first shot blew out a chunk and the other three that followed went in the same 3-4" cavity. I was happy with grouping, but according to the berger ballistics calculator there should have been around 6" drop at that range. What the heck? I got a little bored at 100 yesterday, thought I would move out a bit.

You probably have temperature, altitude off. I ran 32 degrees at 1200 ft as an estimate for MN. 1" high puts you dead on at 185 and 25.74 low at 450.

I'd say it's pretty close. Definitely not 6".

I put 30F, 1100ft, but it performed exactly like you said, thanks.

Yeah you had something off at 400 something like 22-25is about right with 100-120s
