Need a quality Model 21 gunsmith- FOUND, thank you.

Have a friend whose M21 is not firing second shot with barrel selector in one of the two positions. He had the stock bent, and before the stock bending, it worked perfect. Please, if anyone can recommend a good gunsmith, we would be very thankful.
