Good morning everyone, i was wondering if everything i saw odds wise was accurate. It looks like its a 0% change of drawing a tag with 0 points anywhere in NE? Thanks for the info guys!

That is correct. Not many tags are given out and only to residents.

You can get a bow tag. it takes at least 4 for a resident
