Near Mfg Alpha Mount for 34mm scope on Weatherby

I am the original owner of this lightly used (MINT!) Near Mfg Alpha Mount for the Weatherby Mark V.

It is for 34 mm scopes.

I paid $325 plus shipping back in 2010.

Asking $190 plus shipping.

The Mark V comes in at least 3 different sized actions. The 6 lug for 240wby .308-30-06 etc the 9 lug for 257, 270, 7mmwby I believe that one goes through 340 and then the 378 size actions. There may be another for 338 lapua not sure.

What rifle was the alphamount on? They are an exceptional scope mount.

What he is saying is there are several different sized Weatherby actions and Near makes mounts for each size action - his mounts are not one size fits all. The lug reference is to the number of locking lugs on the bolt.

270WB is a 9 lug action and so that mount fits 9 lug actions - which is most of the Mark V calibers.
