Dont know. You can do a test to see. But free shipping on a big order is bound to be worth something.

Reloading presses and such, scales,
have no hazmat anyway.

I bought one brick of Federal large rifle magnum primers. Final cost was $156. After two years of not being able to buy any, I wasn't too upset about it. Thankfully a brick should last me a while. Hopefully long enough to where things get back to normal and I can stock up at reasonable prices to the point of never getting caught short handed again.
