Name of a knurled bolt knob?

On one of my Rugers, I'm going to Dremel down the "ball" on the end of the bolt. Then use a die to thread it to fit an aftermarket bolt knob. So what size die will I need for a knob meant for a Remington ?

Most of the knobs I have seen are threaded for 5/16"-24 TPI.
