I had the chance to take the new scope out this weekend and managed to shoot a few coyotes. Overall I am really happy with the purchase, the built in range finder, dvr, and rechargeable batteries allowed me to declutter my gun a little bit. Not having any cords/cables to get hung up in brush/branches is nice. The picture is just as good as my halo lr was, maybe a little better but that is splitting hairs. Probably my favorite improvement is that they reduced the click value when moving the reticle giving me the ability to get a precise zero.

Battery life is ridiculous. I've had mine for 6months and only charged 1x so far. I do have a separate monocular but I have no worries leaving unit on when calling yotes!!!

Nice vids OP. Me and friend both picked up a Halo this fall used off of SH. He has the LR and I got the X. The warranty is pretty darn good so we went used to save a couple thousand.. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
