Jays in San Angelo processing into chops, pork loin, and smoked link sausages, regular smoked links and jalapeno cheese smoked links.

Last boar the same size was a big hit with family and friends.

Yes sir, my neighbors kids come running down the block screaming Dad's grilling wild hog sausages! My neighbor and his family love it.

My wife and daughter too.
Smoked links made really well.

My neighbors and my family also like to cut the links into disks and brown both sides and have w eggs for breakfast.
