My barrel needs to go on a Diet!

I have a 27" MH Krieger barrel on my 260 Rem. It took off 1.5 lbs when I got it fluted. Accuracy if great. I'll post some pick.

There is no way I would recommend the guy. I took three rifles to him because my guy retired and I could not get any good or bad comments from the locals. Two of the three rifles were not right. I rented a 6.5-.338RUM reamer and a neck reamer for this job and another. This one is a Savage with a Lilja 9" barrel.

If you are in Southern Oregon I will give you the name so you don't go there.
