Muzzle Brake and Barrel Length?

I am shooting 168 bergers @3200 through a 26" tube in my 7stw.

I am looking at putting a brake on this gun and was wondering if the added length (1") with the brake has the same effect of adding velocity when increasing the barrel length 1".

Or does the brake's additional length have no effect on velocity?

Brake length will not give you any extra velocity.
