Muzzle brake affecting trajectory???

How much will a muzzle brake affect a bullets velocity and Point of impact? The rifle has a huskemaw with drop compensating turrets, so I am wondering if the muzzle brake will require me to get new turrets.

It shouldn't affect the velocity or trajectory at all. The bullet never comes into contact with any part of the muzzle brake (If it does then you will have serious problems). All the muzzle brake is there to do is dissipate the gas comeing out of the barrel to reduce recoil.

I have seen no difference in velocity with or without my brakes installed. Point of impact may change but this will not require a change in turret, only a re- zero.
