Most common caliber

The only one that surprises me is number 9, the 7.62x39 and I guess it shouldn'y.

I would have thought it would be higher on the list due to the price of the ammo. But probably the most ammo for the 7.63 x 39 bought is the cheep surplus Chinese stuff, so domestic ammo sales will be of for this cartridge.

Id have to say the old 30.06. When you think about every time a manufacturer comes out with a new rifle to .06 is usually one of the first cartridges offered. Not to mention you can find 30.06 ammo in just about any country & you can find it in gas stations or other small convenience stores in just about any small town in North America
