Minimum velocity for expansion?

Does anybody know the minimum velocity needed for proper expansion with Berger hunting VLD's (6.5mm 130/140)?

1800 gps I think is what I have herd for the Bergers

I just went with a friends standard of 2000fps for game and for yodel dogs what ever it is when it gets there. Haven't got a chance for a 900-1000yd shot yet. Good question and it will enlighting to hear from other hunters.
