I've pretty much decided where I'm going to start with the new 210 ALR loading RL-25 and Retumbo. Anybody load any of these yet? If so, where did you start, and where will you go for max? Mine won't arrive until the 7th, so I'm prepping brass and still tweaking charge weights. Thanks, mtmuley

Sorry, I'm loading for a .300 RUM. Critical detail I somehow forgot to post. mtmuley

I am running 95gr of Retumbo with the 200AB and 92 with the 210 berger...I was planning on starting at 91.5 and working up if I ever get any of the 210 ALR...let us know how they run !

Woodycreek, I found it interesting that you found pressure with Retumbo at the charge you did. (I've been following the Nosler thread) Have you or are you goiung to try RL-25? mtmuley

I have about 1/4# of RL-25 to try but would like to stick with Retumbo since I have 4#. Trying to get some RL-33 or N570. I plan on reshooting 90.5gr seated almost all the way out at 3.69". That first group was at 3.67"

Seating depth was my next question. I'd like to keep in touch as we both work with these bullets. Thanks, mtmuley

Shot some jugs with the 210s and my 308 Win. Loaded some with 38gr of Varget and a few with 13gr of Trailboss. The Varget load was going 2198 fps and the Trailboss 1140 fps. The jugs were shot at 10 yards.

Varget load with a retained weight of 125.1 grains. The 210 went through 5 jugs stopping on the 6th.

Trailboss load went through 4 jugs both times. Retained weight was 209.8 and 210.1 grains.

Interesting to see the recovered bullets and their weights after impact velocities of approx 2200 and 1100 fps. Hmmmm.

Interesting, with my 300WM running at about 2900fps, the first bullet shows violent expansion at 600 yds estimate, assuming stated BC which we will know about later.

Here is what I have, until I can make better.... Nosler Custom Brass, Fed GM 215, Retumbo @ 91.3 Grns, OACL 3.650 .... Just got the stock in last week so still working on them. This load produced 1.75" @ 250 zeroed and 2.75" @ 500. I just started on this forum and not much time to visit on the puter. I will help as I retrieve more field data. Sorry about the higher price we went through 40 boxes in less than 2- hours yesterday. I have not posted the pic's here but you can see them on my facebook page.

I do not shoot at close range or from a sled. So you won't see many clovers on my pages. If you have found anything better let me know.
