I am still seeing a limit of 2. I was able to order 2 pounds of Retumbo and a pound of Blackhorn 209 from Midwayusa earlier this week. Those were the limits for both.
limit was 1 which was stupid

I agree and I even cringed at paying the shipping and hazmat fees for the 3 pounds of mixed powder.
