Id like to trade my MDT XM 10 round (wsm, saum) magazine for a 5 round magazine. This one is too large for my hunting needs.

The only 5 round were made under a patent of Inflection's by APA. If you have the older model XM bottom plate not sure the Hawkins will fit it. I have 2 of the old 5 round inflections & 1 10 rd mdt they made for Defiance.
Hawkins has come out with new XM style bottom metal, but not sure the mags will fit the older style.

If it is a hunting rifle I would call Hawkins and talk to them. They may can set you up with the Hunter bottom metal that fits flush. The hunter will also accept the 5 & 10 rd mags. They just dont have the protruding guide lips. Best wishes!
