McMillan Remington Hunter Carbon Fiber Edge filled stock. This is the light weight one with aluminum pillars and reinforced areas to handle Magnum loads. It has a Monte Carlo cheek piece as well as a small palm swell with fine line checkering. This stock is patterned after the factory Sako 75 varmint and has been adapted specifically for Remington 700 actions. It has a wide for end that will accept up to a #8 barrel contour and is channeled for the Remington 700 long action and the Proof CF Sendero barrel. Here is the web side to learn more: https://mcmillanusa.com/mcmillan-rifle-stocks/hunting-stocks-remington-hunter/ Need to sell to pay for other builds.

Total weight is 1.87lbs, $575

I was asked the orig cost of the stock and what it was inlet for on the bottom metal.

The stock is from Mcmillan's custom shop with reinforcements to handle magnum cartridges, machines in pillars and a Limbsaver pad. The orig cost was $662 12 months ago. McMillan tells me there has been as cost increase for this same configuration at $728 today. The bottom metal is inleted for a Remington 700 Long Action BDL bottom metal.
