McMillan or Surgeon

I'm down to that last couple thing's here on what to use for another build. I'm looking for opinion between the McMillan and the Surgeon repeater action's. I am almost leaning towards the McMillan since it has the 3 ***. shroud which I hear is "better", how much I don't know.

What say you?

I was looking at the same actions for my future rig. I would say Mcmillan. I havn't seen either in person, but by going off of websites and seeing them on Lazzeroni rifle and Military. They look like they have more quality.. IMOgun)
