Pretty sure a standard r700' short action is a 1.35 diameter like the standard long action a true magnum action tends to be bigger than 1.35 diameter

Yes, the magnum long action for the RUMs is 1.35, the win mags 300 &338 is 1.25. I need it to fit my RUM action @ 1.35. Can you PM me
