Considering purchasing one of these stocks for backpack hunting and shots out to ~ 900yds. A bit different than their 'Game Hunter', with a traditional grip most similar to their 'McMillan Hunter' stock, according to their website.
Seems this is a relatively new offering from McMillan, like 2019... Can't find much of any feedback on the Forums.
If you have one, could you post your likes/dislikes regarding this stock? I'm looking for a stock similar to the former Precision Stock Works (now evidently Hill Country Rifles - Texas) "Rifleman" stock. Have a request into Hill Country Rifles to see if they sell the stock, other than on one of their complete custom rifle builds.
