max amd min load data for .243

I was hoping someone who reads this tonight could look in the NOSLER reloading manual and give me a start and max load for a 243 winchester using a 70 gr balistic tip and h-414 and h-335. thanks.

H335 , 34.0 gr min ,3202 fps - 38.0 gr max , 3460 fps


H414 , 43.5 gr min , 3310 fps - 47.5 gr max , 3630 fps
