Just finished my first mule deer hunt. Awesome hunt. Passed on several small bucks looking for a big one. Got on a couple but never worked out. Hard hunting. Got a small 4x4 in the last hour of the last day. Doesn't get much better than that, squeezing every last minute from a hunt in some awesome, huge country. Best part was getting my FIL(his first muley hunt too) a very nice old buck with character. Very cool buck. Anyway, really just wanted to share this pic right after I made the shot.
