lost berger manual

lost my berger manual i am looking for some load data for my 6.5-284 and 243.
6.5 shoots 130 vld and the 243 shoots 95 gr vld. any one out here have some berger load data or could send image of manual page?

Appreciate the info! I was planning on using. 4166 and varget since I have lots of those. So I will continue to look I was hoping it was in the manual

Perhaps those two powders are a bit too fast for the .243 or the 6.5. May be difficult to find data using those powders.

Lists data for Varget and IMR 4166 in both cartridge's at both weights. Doesn't specifically list 4166 for 243/95gn but has info on 90 and 100.
