Looking to build a rifle

I have never built a rifle but have been doing more and more of my own work I want to possibly try and build a 28 nosler on a sako action. where are some places to purchase the components and any ideas o barreling would be much appreciated.

Will you be threading and chambering the barrel?

There are many good barrel makers these days. Search for Krieger, Bartlein, Brux, Shilen, Hawk Hill, Rock Creek, and ???

As far as 28 noslers go ryan pierce at piercision rifles builds the best ones I have seen. Check him out.
