I'm looking to trade my series 5 crimson trace 3-18 for a Weaver tactical 6-30. I have some 6.5 bullets I could possibly add to help seal the deal. I'm counting on Weavers virtually non existent warranty since they went out of business to offset any cost difference. This crimson is a nice Japanese scope that tracks well. I had it to a mile and back to zero several times. It has 40 mil of elevation travel. I was able to dial to a mile with no hold over. I think I would do better if I had 30x back on my lapua and one of my regrets was selling my weaver.
