Accuracy 1st has a school up in the panhandle there is also one around Mingus. It depends on what part of North Texas you are from.

Heard about these guys from a post on here, I cringed when I saw the "send it!" on their homepage, seems like that phrase should belong to Shawn Carlock, he just does it soo well.
No personal experience with these guys. They are in north western arkansas, so not too far from you being north of Dallas.

Rifles Only is south of you, but has some great reports about their instruction as well as their facilities. They host a couple of big shoots every year.
