Looking for antelope partner

You have a better chance of being hit by a meteorite than drawing in unit 60 for antelope. BTW, when a Wyoman is "looking for an antelope partner" you may want to keep an eye on him. Take a look at Wyom Game and Fish website, and look at drawing odds. Even though this, like all other Wyoming info is confusing, it shows that, basically, the more private land in the unit, the easier the draw............and the more difficult the access.
I would rate unit 60 as the best unit in Wyoming. Accordingly, there is no chance of drawing there.

Best of luck

HA! Wyoming's Area 60 sounds like area 121 in Nevada. Lots of antelope an LOTS of hunters trying for the draw.

I put in for some other areas in Nevada this year for "horns longer than ears" antelope. "Even a blind squirrel..."

MY "ANTELOPE" RIFLE:
If I stumble on a license for speed goats I'll use my modified 6.5 Creedmoor Ruger American Predator. That rifle gets 3/4" groups consistently and consistent 3/8 MOA groups [1 1/8"] at 200 yards using Hornady Precision Hunter 143 gr. ELD-X ammo.

MODS:
1. Timney trigger (most important mod)
2. Boyd's Classic laminated stock
3. Savage 110 metal trigger guard (exactly replaces el Cheapo plastic guard from Boyd's)
4. flush cup sling swivels and Magpul Modular sling.

The scope is a SWFA 3 - 15 x 42, FFP, mil/mil W/side focus (parallax) knob

Now it looks as good as it shoots.

In area 95, if you apply for a doe/fawn type 7 tag, you have about a 33% chance of drawing (no pp) and area 94 type 7 is a little better than that at nearly 50% draw odds.

The catch is this.

Area 95 type 7: animal has to be shot on irrigated pasture land
Area 94 type 7: animal has to be shot within 1 mile of irrigated pasture land.

With no pp, your odds of a non resident random draw buck tag in area 95 are 0.013%, unless you pay the extra for the special draw, then your odds jump to 13.8%. I have hunted here a lot and there are some good bucks, I shot one that was an eighth or 2 under 82" last year. And I see ones that big or bigger throughout the year. I do have to admit, I hunted pretty hard for this guy, took me about 3 days...

Check these out. Here are draw odds for Non resident random draw....
