Looking for aftermarket scope ring

I know I've seen them...... somewhere. My problem is I just bought a vortex viper, and the focus ring is stiff as hell. Is there an aftermarket ring tap that will just snap on the focus ring?

It would make life a lot easier to just reach up with your thumb to focus, instead of needing to use your whole hand to focus. I'm sure it will loosen up in time, but that tab would sure be nice.
