Looking for a lead free bullet for my 6mmBR (1:8 twist)

Any recommendations for a heavier bullet in .243 for my 6mmBR?
100 grains or more.
This is for shooting in California - varmints in the "Condor Range", Tejon Ranch.

The only companies I know that make a 6mm lead free, expanding hunting bullet are Barnes, Nosler and GS. The heaviest is the 90 E-Tip which should work very well.
